By joining the Peracas affiliate programme, partners agree to the following terms and conditions:
Content Usage: Affiliates may use the approved product images, lifestyle visuals, and brand assets provided by Peracas. Any modification or unauthorised use of brand visuals, logos, or trademarks is not permitted.
Brand Representation: All promotional content must reflect Peracas’ brand values and aesthetic. Misleading, inaccurate, or inappropriate representation of the brand or products is prohibited.
Paid Search & Advertising: Using the Peracas brand name, trademarks, or close variations in paid search campaigns without prior written approval is not allowed.
Discount Codes: Only authorised and active discount codes provided directly by Peracas may be promoted. Promotion of unauthorised codes will result in commission cancellation.
Commission Validation: Commissions are approved after order verification. Cancelled, returned, or fraudulent orders will not be eligible for commission.
Compliance: Affiliates must comply with Awin’s policies and all applicable advertising guidelines.
Peracas reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time.
