By joining the Bamboo Is Better affiliate program, you agree to comply with all program rules, branding requirements, and promotional standards outlined here. Bamboo Is Better reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program indicates acceptance of any changes.
Affiliates must promote Bamboo Is Better ethically, accurately, and in accordance with all FTC, platform, and advertising regulations.
Compliance is monitored. Violations may result in reversed commissions, withheld earnings, program removal, or legal action if necessary.
PPC & Media Buying
Affiliates may NOT bid on Bamboo Is Better branded keywords or variations, use Bamboo Is Better trademarks in ad copy, direct-link paid ads to BambooIsBetter.com, or bid on competitor trademark terms that redirect traffic to Bamboo Is Better.
Prohibited Keywords:

- bamboo is better
- bamboo is better coupon
- bamboo is better discount
- bamboo is better promo code
Affiliates must provide requested screenshots within 2 business days. Bamboo Is Better reserves the right to reverse commissions for PPC violations.
Transactions & Commission Reversals
Commissions may be reversed for canceled orders, refunds, duplicates, fraud, use of unapproved coupon codes, policy violations, or orders tracked via prohibited methods such as adware or cookie stuffing.
Branding & Content Usage
Affiliates may not misrepresent Bamboo Is Better, use unapproved logos, copy full product descriptions, create medical claims, or use brand trademarks in domains or handles. Affiliates may use approved imagery and original content.
Social Media Guidelines
Affiliates may not use brand variations in social handles, imply official endorsement, or post private or unpublished codes. FTC disclosures (e.g., #ad, #affiliate) are required. Affiliates may post reviews, unboxings, and original product content.
Coupon, Loyalty & Cashback Sites
Coupon sites may NOT list codes not provided via Awin, scrape codes, publish expired promotions, or label offers as exclusive without permission. Violations may result in full commission reversal and removal.
Adware, Toolbars & Disallowed Methods
Adware, toolbars, pop-ups, forced clicks, redirects, cookie stuffing, PPV/CPV traffic, and downloadable software are prohibited. Use of these results in immediate termination and full reversal.
Publisher Expectations
Publishers must comply with all laws, maintain accurate profiles, follow FTC guidelines, and avoid deceptive practices. Adult, gambling, harmful, or fake review sites are not permitted without approval.
Deduplication Policy
Bamboo Is Better may determine final attribution when multiple channels receive credit. Affiliate-driven overwriting of attribution will result in reversal.
Notice Period
Bamboo Is Better may modify commissions, rules, codes, or program terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting within Awin unless otherwise noted.
T&Cs Changes
This agreement supersedes prior terms and may be updated at any time. Affiliates are responsible for reviewing updates regularly.
