These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Keppi (“the Advertiser”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) and any approved affiliate or publisher (“Affiliate”, “you”, or “your”) participating in the Keppi Affiliate Program through the AWIN Network (“the Network”).

3. Program Overview 3. 项目概述
The Keppi Affiliate Program allows Affiliates to earn commissions by promoting Keppi products and driving qualifying sales via tracked links provided through AWIN.

All tracking, reporting, and payments are managed via the AWIN platform.

Affiliates will receive a commission for each approved sale generated through their AWIN tracking link.

Commission rates, cookie durations, and approval criteria are set and managed within AWIN and may change at any time.

5. Affiliate Responsibilities

Promote Keppi products honestly and accurately, using approved marketing materials provided by Keppi or AWIN.

Avoid spam, misleading claims, or false endorsements.

Not use coupon, cashback, or incentive models unless explicitly approved by Keppi.

Not promote Keppi through adult, violent, or inappropriate content channels.

Comply with all data protection, privacy, and consumer protection laws, including GDPR and FTC disclosure guidelines.

Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination from the program without prior notice.

Affiliates may only use approved images, banners, and assets available through the AWIN interface or provided directly by Keppi.

Any modification, rebranding, or misrepresentation of Keppi’s content is strictly prohibited.

7. Order Validation and Reversals

Keppi reserves the right to review, validate, or reject transactions based on:

Either party may terminate participation in the Keppi Affiliate Program at any time, with or without cause, by written notice or via AWIN.

Keppi reserves the right to immediately terminate Affiliates found engaging in prohibited or unethical practices.

9. Limitation of Liability

Keppi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from participation in the Affiliate Program.

10. Modifications 10. 修改
Keppi reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of major updates via AWIN or by email. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
