Denbigh Rowe is a British luxury outdoor furniture brand that combines quiet luxury with sustainable craftsmanship. Our collections are handcrafted in Indonesia using Grade-A FSC-certified teak and all-weather rope, offering timeless design and heirloom-quality durability.
By joining our affiliate programme, partners agree to the following terms:
• Affiliates must promote Denbigh Rowe in a manner consistent with our premium brand positioning and values.
• We reserve the right to approve or decline any affiliate application at our discretion, based on brand alignment, content quality, and audience relevance.
• Affiliates must not engage in misleading or deceptive promotion, false offers, or discount claims not supplied by Denbigh Rowe.
• The use of Denbigh Rowe’s intellectual property (logo, photography, trademarks, or creative assets) is permitted only for approved promotional use within the Awin programme.
• Affiliates must not register or use domains, social media accounts, or paid ads containing Denbigh Rowe trademarks or variations thereof without written consent.
• Commissions are validated after 45 days to allow for returns, chargebacks, or order amendments.
• We reserve the right to reverse or withhold commission in the event of fraud, breach of programme terms, or non-compliant activity.
• Affiliates must comply with all applicable advertising regulations, including GDPR, ASA, and CMA guidelines.
• Denbigh Rowe may update these terms or suspend the programme at any time with reasonable notice via Awin.
