Program Overview
Big Ass Dog Company (“BADCO”) partners with affiliates who authentically serve the large and giant breed dog community (typically dogs 100+ lbs). Our products are designed for real-world use, durability, and proper sizing—not novelty or gimmicks.
Participation in the BADCO Affiliate Program is subject to approval and ongoing compliance with these terms.
Approved Promotional Methods
Affiliates may promote BADCO using:
- Original editorial content, reviews, and educational materials
- Social media, blogs, and websites with genuine audience value
- Honest product experiences and recommendations
Affiliates must clearly identify themselves as affiliates where required by law.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are not permitted and may result in removal from the program and forfeiture of commissions:
- Trademark or brand bidding in any paid search channel
- Misleading, false, or exaggerated product claims
- Cookie stuffing, pop-ups, pop-unders, forced redirects, or adware
- Toolbar, browser extension, or software-based promotions
- Impersonation of BADCO or creating sites that appear to be official BADCO properties
- Unauthorized use of BADCO trademarks, logos, or creative assets
- Coupon or deal-only websites without prior written approval
Brand Representation
Affiliates may not:
- Register domains, subdomains, or social handles containing BADCO trademarks or variations
- Alter logos or brand assets
- Represent themselves as employees, partners, or the official brand
Approved assets may be provided upon request.
Commission & Validation
- Commission rates and attribution rules are defined within the AWIN platform
- Commissions may be reversed for returned, canceled, fraudulent, or non-compliant transactions
- BADCO reserves the right to audit affiliate activity
Program Administration
BADCO reserves the right to:
- Approve or reject any affiliate application
- Remove affiliates at any time for non-compliance
- Update program terms with notice via AWIN
Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
