1. Commission and Payment
Commission rate: 10% on total net sales (not including tax, shipping, or discounts).
Cookie duration: 30 days.
Payments are made through Awin’s normal payment system.
Commissions will be canceled for any refunded, canceled, or fraudulent orders.
Minimum payment follows Awin’s standard policy.
2. Who Can Join
Open to influencers, bloggers, content creators, and website owners.
All affiliates must follow local laws, including age rules related to alcohol content.
All applications will be reviewed before approval.
3. Marketing and Promotion Rules
Affiliates can use only the approved banners, images, and product links provided by Wild Man Drinking Company.
Affiliates must not:
Send spam or unsolicited messages.
Use unapproved coupons or misleading content.
Target anyone under the legal drinking age.
All posts or pages that include affiliate links must clearly say that a commission may be earned.
4. Brand Use
Affiliates can use our logo, name, or product images only in approved materials.
Do not register or use our brand name (“Wild Man Drinking,” “Krak’in,” or “Riptide”) in any website domain or social media handle.
5. Returns and Refunds
If a customer cancels or returns an order within 30 days, the commission will be canceled.
Commissions from fake or repeated orders will not be paid.
6. Brand Bidding and Paid Ads
Affiliates cannot bid on our brand names or similar terms in Google Ads, Bing Ads, or any paid search or CSS campaign.
Restricted terms include:
“Wild Man Drinking”
“Wildmandrinking.com”
“Krak’in” or “Riptide”
Do not use these terms in ad text, display URLs, or direct links to our website.
You may bid on general, non-branded keywords like party tools or drinking accessories, as long as our brand names are not included.
Breaking this rule may lead to loss of commissions or removal from the program.
7. Program Management
Wild Man Drinking Company may change or end the program at any time.
Affiliates who break these terms may be removed without notice.
All communication will happen through Awin.
8. Legal Compliance
Affiliates must follow all advertising, consumer protection, and age-related laws.
Joining the program means you agree to these terms and to Awin’s network policies.
