What reasons are commissions declined?
Order cancelled			Following the cancellation of an order, the commissions will also be declined.
Item was returned			If any or all of the order is returned, the final value will be adjusted accordingly. Please be aware that this may result in the total commission value being declined.
Customer failed credit check			If a customer failed a credit check or payment verification, all respective commissions will be declined.
Breach of programme terms and conditions			If an affiliate publisher is found to have breached the terms and conditions set in affiliate window, all commissions in breach will be declined. Repeat breaches may result in termination from the Office Monster affiliate programme.
Duplicate order			Where duplicated orders are identified, one of the commissions will be declined. As we are tracking all order ID's we will be able to identify a duplicated order compared to multiple orders.
Item was out of stock			Where items are out of stock, we will not pay commissions.
