Sky – General Program Terms
Commission & Attribution
Competitive commission rate on approved, net sales (excluding taxes, shipping, duties, and returns).
Commission is earned on completed orders that are not cancelled, returned, or flagged as fraudulent.
Attribution is based on Awin tracking (last-click unless otherwise specified in Awin settings).
Commission may be adjusted for partial returns, exchanges, or order edits.
Coupon / Voucher Policy
Only approved coupons and promotions may be advertised.
No promotion of unverified, “found online,” or expired codes.
Coupon partners must add value (e.g., verified codes, deal visibility, exclusive offers) and follow Awin voucher rules.
Paid Search (PPC) Policy
No bidding on brand terms (e.g., “Sky,” “Shop Sky,” “Sky Collection,” misspellings, or close variants).
No bidding on “brand + coupon/discount” terms unless explicitly approved.
Direct linking to our site from search ads is not permitted unless approved.
No use of our brand name in ad copy/display URL without written approval.
Trademark & Domain Use
No registering or using domains, subdomains, social handles, or app names that include our brand or close variants.
No impersonation of Sky or misleading “official site” claims.
Content & Creative Guidelines
Partners may use provided banners, logos, and approved product imagery.
Product claims must be accurate and not misleading.
No use of offensive, discriminatory, adult, or unsafe content adjacent to Sky promotions.
Influencers/creators must clearly disclose affiliate relationships per FTC/ASA guidelines (e.g., “affiliate link,” “commission may be earned”).
Email, SMS, and Extensions
Email/SMS marketing that promotes Sky requires prior approval and must be sent only to opt-in lists.
No browser extensions, toolbars, adware, or forced clicks.
No cookie stuffing, click spamming, or any tracking manipulation.
Reselling & Marketplace Listings
Affiliate promotion does not grant rights to resell Sky products or list them on marketplaces unless separately authorized.
Order Validation & Returns
We validate orders after our return window and/or standard validation period.
Reversed transactions include cancellations, returns, fraud, or policy violations.
Restricted Traffic Sources
No incent traffic (cashback/points) unless approved.
No traffic from pirated/illegal streaming, adult, hate, or misleading sites.
We reserve the right to decline or remove partners whose traffic quality is inconsistent with brand standards.
Program Compliance
We may remove commissions or suspend partners for non-compliance, misuse of brand terms, or fraudulent activity.
Terms may be updated; continued participation indicates acceptance of the latest program terms.
