Brand name & usage
Always write the brand as Sky (capital S, lowercase ky).
Our official website is shopsky.com.
Do not create or use any domains, subdomains, social handles, ad accounts, or page names containing Sky, ShopSky, shopsky.com, or any misspellings/variations.
Logos & creative
Use only approved Sky logos, banners, and product images supplied via Awin or provided directly by Sky.
Do not modify the Sky logo (no resizing out of proportion, recoloring, outlines, shadows, distortion, or re-creation).
Do not edit product images in a way that misrepresents color, fit, or design.
Messaging
Keep tone modern, confident, and polished.
No explicit/adult language or suggestive positioning.
Do not claim “official,” “exclusive,” “guaranteed,” “best price,” or “lowest price” unless Sky has provided written approval and assets for that campaign.
Do not make unverified claims (e.g., sustainability, origin, certifications) unless Sky provides approved wording.
Discounts / coupons
Only promote approved offers and coupon codes provided by Sky.
No “click to reveal” coupons unless a valid code exists.
No implying discounts that aren’t live (e.g., “Sky always has 20% off,” “extra discount today” without an approved offer).
Paid search / trademark policy
No bidding on trademark/brand terms, including Sky, ShopSky, shopsky.com, or any misspellings/variations.
No bidding on brand + generic terms (e.g., “Sky dresses,” “ShopSky sale,” “Sky coupon”).
Do not use Sky trademarks in ad copy, titles/descriptions, or display URLs.
Any allowed PPC activity must be limited to generic, non-brand keywords and must comply with program PPC rules.
Email / SMS / paid social
Email marketing is permitted only with prior written approval, must be opt-in, and compliant with CAN-SPAM and applicable laws.
Paid social is allowed only when not impersonating Sky (no “Sky Official” pages) and must not use Sky trademarks in account/page names.
Content & placement restrictions
No adult, explicit, hateful, violent, or otherwise unsafe content placements.
No software applications, adware, forced clicks, misleading redirects, cookie stuffing, or website framing.
Do not alter the shopping/checkout experience on shopsky.com.
Enforcement
Sky reserves the right to reverse commissions and/or remove publishers for violations of these guidelines or program terms.
