• Our brand name, trademarks ("DYU", "DYU Bikes", and related logos) and copyrighted materials may not be used in domain names, social media handles, or any context that implies official representation without written permission.
• Do not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices such as cookie stuffing, ad hijacking, trademark infringement, misleading claims, or artificially inflating traffic or conversions. Incentivized clicks or sales that are not pre‑approved are prohibited.
• Affiliates must implement tracking links accurately and may not modify tracking codes or conceal referral links. Use only the creative assets provided in Awin and do not replicate our website or misrepresent product pricing.
• We reserve the right to audit affiliate traffic and cancel commissions for orders that are cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, or returned. Violations of these terms will result in suspension or termination from the program.
• These terms may be updated periodically. Continued participation in the program signifies acceptance of any changes. Please review the Awin Advertiser T&Cs and Publisher Code of Conduct for additional requirements.
