Welcome to the NOOCI Affiliate Program — we’re excited to partner with publishers who share our passion for holistic wellness. By joining our program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. About NOOCI
NOOCI blends Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) wisdom with modern science to create clean, effective supplements that promote daily balance and long-term wellbeing. Our product range includes Noo Gut, Energy + Immunity, Noo Air, and Relax + Sleep (launching November 2025).
2. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn up to 30% commission on approved product sales (excluding tax, shipping, and returns). Standard commission rates may vary based on performance or partnership tier. Commissions are tracked through Awin and paid only on verified, completed orders.
3. Tracking & Attribution
Sales are attributed on a last-click basis via Awin tracking links. NOOCI may de-duplicate sales against other paid channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, or email campaigns) to prevent duplicate commission payments.
4. Payout Eligibility
Commissions will not be paid on:
Cancelled, returned, or fraudulent orders
Orders placed using unauthorized coupon codes
Transactions not tracked via an approved Awin affiliate link
5. Brand & Creative Guidelines
Publishers must accurately represent NOOCI and its products in all content.
Use approved product imagery and assets from our media kit ([Insert Media Kit Link]).
Do not make medical or disease treatment claims.
All content should reflect our East-meets-West wellness positioning, focusing on balance, health, and lifestyle.
Do not modify our logo, product packaging, or brand assets.
6. Paid Search & PPC Policy
Bidding on brand names or variations (e.g., “NOOCI”, “Noo Gut”, “Energy + Immunity”) is strictly prohibited. Publishers may bid on non-branded generic keywords only (e.g., “gut health supplements”, “natural sleep support”).
7. Discount Codes & Promotions
Only approved and brand-issued discount codes may be shared. Affiliates found promoting expired or unauthorized codes may have commissions withheld or accounts suspended.
8. Channel Restrictions
Behavioral retargeting, media brokering, and sub-affiliate networks are not permitted. Cashback and voucher partners must be pre-approved in writing.
9. Content Compliance
Publishers must follow FTC disclosure guidelines (e.g., clearly label sponsored or affiliate content as “#ad”, “#sponsored”, or “affiliate link”).
10. Program Updates
NOOCI reserves the right to modify commission rates, terms, or program structure with 7 days’ notice via Awin. Affiliates will be informed through the platform’s messaging system.
11. Termination
NOOCI reserves the right to suspend or terminate affiliates who violate program terms, misuse tracking links, engage in deceptive practices, or misrepresent the brand.
