FitMyFoot Affiliate Program Terms
1. Overview
FitMyFoot creates custom-fit insoles and sandals using advanced 3D foot mapping technology. Our affiliate program rewards partners for driving quality traffic and sales through their unique AWIN tracking links.
By joining the FitMyFoot Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. Commission & Tracking
Affiliates earn a commission on all approved sales generated through their unique tracking links.
Cookie duration: 30 days.
Commissions are calculated on the net order value, excluding taxes, shipping, discounts, or returns.
Sales canceled, refunded, or deemed fraudulent will not qualify for commission.
Self-referrals or coupon misuse may result in commission reversal or removal from the program.
3. Promotional Guidelines
Allowed:
Promotion via websites, blogs, newsletters, social channels, and email (in compliance with CAN-SPAM laws).
Use of approved FitMyFoot creatives and links from AWIN.
Honest, accurate descriptions of FitMyFoot products and benefits.
Not Allowed:
Bidding on FitMyFoot brand terms or misspellings in paid search ads (e.g., “FitMyFoot,” “Fit My Foot,” “fitmyfoot.com”).
Using the FitMyFoot name or domain in display URLs, social handles, or usernames.
Promoting through misleading or false claims.
Promoting via adult, offensive, or illegal content.
Use of unauthorized coupon or discount codes.
4. Content & Branding
Affiliates must follow FitMyFoot’s Branding Guidelines for logo, colors, and imagery.
Do not edit or alter logos, product photos, or official messaging.
All content should reflect FitMyFoot as a premium, health-focused, and innovative brand.
5. Influencer & Social Media Guidelines
Influencers must clearly disclose affiliate relationships in accordance with FTC and ASA guidelines (e.g., use #ad, #sponsored, or #affiliate).
All social posts, videos, and content should maintain authenticity and accurate representation of FitMyFoot products.
Do not make medical or exaggerated claims (e.g., “cures pain” or “eliminates foot problems”).
Avoid using FitMyFoot’s logo in profile pictures or banners without written approval.
Tag @fitmyfoot where appropriate to help us engage and support your content.
Failure to follow disclosure or brand guidelines may result in suspension or removal from the program.
6. Communication & Support
We regularly share updates, seasonal promotions, and creative materials through AWIN messages and email.

7. Termination
FitMyFoot reserves the right to suspend or remove affiliates at its discretion for policy violations, fraudulent activity, or misrepresentation of the brand.
8. Agreement
By joining the FitMyFoot Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these terms and AWIN’s network policies.
