Commission Structure
Affiliates earn at least a 3% commission on full-priced orders.
Commission is calculated on the net order value, excluding taxes, shipping, or any discounts applied.
Who Can Join
Any influencer, blogger, or publisher may apply.
Applications are reviewed and approved individually to maintain program quality. Baker Miller Pink reserves the right to decline any application without explanation.
Non-Commissionable Items
The following are not eligible for commission:
Returns or refunded orders
Purchases of gift cards
Any other items explicitly excluded by Baker Miller Pink (Good Cashmere LTD)
Discounts & Coupons
Affiliates cannot create or share coupon codes.
Customers may still receive the 10% first-order discount via the website popup.
Any other discounts are non-commissionable unless explicitly stated.
Voucher & Discount Codes
Only codes provided through the affiliate programme may be promoted
Expired or unauthorised codes must not be displayed
Commissions may be withheld if unauthorised codes are used
Intellectual Property & Brand Use
Affiliates may use only approved logos, images, and marketing materials provided by Baker Miller Pink (Good Cashmere LTD) or Awin.
Content & Compliance
Affiliates must comply with ASA disclosure guidelines in all promotions in line with the UK regulations.
No misleading promotions, inflated discounts, spyware, or adware
No framing or cloning of the Baker Miller Pink site
Product images and descriptions may only be used as provided
Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may not:
Affiliates may not misrepresent the brand or claim official endorsement
Engage in spam or unsolicited messaging
Make misleading or false claims about products, pricing, or promotions
Use cookie stuffing or any fraudulent tracking methods
Violate any UK consumer protection or advertising laws
Affiliates may not use paid search, pay-per-click (PPC), or other paid advertising methods that include Baker Miller Pink (Good Cashmere LTD) trademarks, brand names, or product names without prior written approval from Baker Miller Pink.
Unauthorized PPC activity may result in withholding of commissions or termination from the program.
Commission Adjustments & Chargebacks
Commissions may be withheld or reversed for:
Returns or refunds
Fraudulent or invalid transactions
Breach of these program terms
Termination & Enforcement
Breach of terms may result in suspension or removal from the programme
Repeat or serious violations may result in permanent termination and loss of commissions
Baker Miller Pink reserves the right to modify or terminate these terms at any time
Material changes will be communicated to affiliates where possible
Privacy & Data Handling
All data must be held in accordance with UK GDPR
Governing Law
These terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
