By joining the Neck Hammock Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions.
Joining the Program
Once accepted into the program, you will become an official Neck Hammock affiliate and agree to abide by these terms.
Your participation is intended solely for promoting www.neckhammock.com in a legal and ethical manner to earn commissions from referred sales.
Commission: 10% per sale
Cookie Duration: 90 days
Product Gifting: Available for eligible content creators and influencers
Affiliate Responsibilities
As an affiliate, you agree to:
- Promote the Neck Hammock brand honestly and accurately to your audience.
- Comply with all applicable laws, including FTC disclosure requirements, data privacy, and anti-spam laws.
- Avoid making any medical claims beyond the product’s intended purpose.
- You may use banners, text links, images, and creatives provided by us or create your own, provided they are brand-appropriate and not misleading.
We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate or content submission at our discretion.
Affiliate Relationship
Your relationship with Neck Hammock is that of an independent contractor.
You are not an employee, agent, or legal representative of Neck Hammock.
We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of revenue or data) arising from your participation in the program.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total referral fees paid to you.
Affiliate Tracking
Sales are tracked through your affiliate link or custom discount code.
When a customer clicks your link, a 90-day cookie is placed in their browser, ensuring you receive credit for sales made within that timeframe.
Only valid, completed transactions made through your affiliate link or code will generate commissions.
Prohibited Activities
Your participation may be terminated immediately if you engage in any of the following:
- - Making false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about Neck Hammock.
- - Using unauthorized coupon codes or posting fake discounts.
- - Engaging in spam activities, including mass unsolicited emails or social posts.
- - Placing affiliate links on websites containing hate speech, illegal, or adult content.
- - Bidding on trademarked terms (e.g., “Neck Hammock,” “neckhammock.com”) in PPC campaigns.
- - Misrepresenting your affiliation or implying endorsement by Neck Hammock beyond the affiliate relationship.
- - Using domain names or social handles that include “Neck Hammock” or variations thereof.
Social Media & Content Guidelines
- You may promote Neck Hammock on social media platforms, blogs, YouTube, or email newsletters.
All promotional content must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship (e.g., “#ad” or “affiliate link”).
Do not post affiliate links on official Neck Hammock social pages or comment sections.
Influencers receiving gifted products must include their affiliate link and custom discount code in at least one social post or video caption, as agreed upon.
Payment
Commissions are paid according to the standard payout schedule of the affiliate platform.
Only verified sales, not returned or refunded orders, are eligible for payment.
Modification & Termination
Neck Hammock reserves the right to:
- - Modify program terms, commission rates, or payout structure at any time.
- - Suspend or terminate affiliates who violate these terms or engage in unethical practices.
- - End the affiliate program with reasonable notice to participants.
Continued participation after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Privacy & Data Security
Your personal information (name, email, payment details) is collected solely to process your application, manage your account, and distribute commissions.
We do not sell or share affiliate data with third parties except for operational purposes (e.g., payment processing).
Affiliate activity is tracked through cookies to monitor referrals and sales performance.
