1. Commission Structure
- The standard commission rate for all qualified sales generated through affiliate links is 10% of the total product sale value (excluding taxes and shipping costs).
- Commissions are tracked and reported based on Awin's tracking technology. All commission calculations are final based on Awin's data.
2. Payment Terms
- Payments are processed by Awin. The minimum threshold for payment is $20.
- Commissions are paid approximately on the 20th of each month for sales that were successfully tracked and confirmed in the previous month.
- Commissions will be voided for orders that are refunded, canceled, or identified as fraudulent.
3. Promotion Guidelines
- Affiliates are permitted to use the marketing materials (banners, text links, etc.) provided in the Awin portal.
- The following promotional methods are strictly prohibited:
- Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship on their websites or social media channels in compliance with FTC guidelines (e.g., using a clear disclaimer).
4. Intellectual Property
- Affiliates are granted a limited license to use our trademarks and creative assets solely for promotional purposes within the Awin program.
- Registering domain names or social media handles containing "ArtChineseDesign" or any confusingly similar variations is prohibited.
5. Relationship of the Parties
- The affiliate is an independent contractor. This agreement does not create an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship.
6. Term and Termination
- Either party may terminate this agreement with a 7-day written notice.
- We reserve the right to terminate the agreement immediately if an affiliate violates these terms. Upon termination, the affiliate must remove all promotional materials.
- Affiliates will earn commissions for all valid sales generated before the termination date.
