1. Commission Structure
- Commission is paid on the net transaction value, excluding VAT, delivery charges, credit card fees, and service extras (e.g. gift wrapping).
- Certain product categories (e.g. gift cards, sale items, or excluded brands) may be non-commissionable.
- Commission may be declined for:
- Cancelled orders
- Returned items
- Failed credit checks
- Duplicate orders
- Breach of programme terms
- Out-of-stock items
- Fraud or technical error
2. Commission Policy Settings
- Maximum decrease per standard commission reduction: 20%
- Minimum standard commission (Fixed): GBP 0.10 (recommended)
- Minimum standard commission (Percentage): 2.00% (recommended)
- Days' notice for commission reduction: 7 days
- Minimum interval between reductions: 30 days
3. Cookie Duration
- Standard cookie length: 30 days (unless otherwise agreed)
4. Promotional Restrictions
- Publishers must not promote adult, age-restricted, or controversial content alongside Little Mistress.
- All promotional content must reflect the brand’s tone: confident, inclusive, and fashion-forward.
- Use of unapproved discount codes, misleading claims, or brand bidding will result in commission decline or removal from the programme.
5. PPC Policy
- Brand bidding is not permitted unless pre-approved.
- Publishers may not use the brand name in display URLs, ad titles, or descriptions.
- Publishers must add the brand name to their negative keyword list unless explicitly authorised.
- Shopping ads via CSS must be tracked through a dedicated publisher account.
6. Creative Assets
- Only approved banners, product feeds, and text links may be used.
- Publishers must not alter or misrepresent brand imagery or messaging.
7. De-duplication
- Sales may be de-duplicated against other channels including:
- Brand PPC
- Email advertising
- Display advertising
- Direct partnerships
- In-house publisher programme
- Other affiliate networks
8. Notice Periods
- 7 days’ notice will be given for:
- Changes to programme terms
- Planned website downtime
9. Compliance
- Publishers must comply with GDPR, ASA guidelines, and AWIN’s code of conduct.
- Little Mistress reserves the right to remove publishers who breach these terms without prior notice.
