Messaging considerations
Messaging around clients and providers
When referring to clients on the Blys platform use ‘our community’
When referring to service providers, always use the term “provider” or “service provider.” Do not use the term practitioner.
Use alternate titles if you are referring to specific service Massage' and 'Facial', it should be 'therapist'
'Nails', it should be 'nail technician'
'Physiotherapy', it should be 'physio'
'Yoga 'and 'Pilates', it should be 'instructor'
'Personal training', it should be 'trainer'
'Hair', it should be 'stylist'
'Makeup', it should be 'artist'
Never refer to service providers as ‘Blys service providers’ or ‘Blys therapists’ or ‘Blys physio’ as this creates confusion around whether they are employed by Blys, which they are not.
