Regency Hampers - General Program Terms
Joining & Approval
Applications are reviewed individually. We may decline or remove sites that are inactive, misaligned with our brand or feature illegal, offensive or inappropriate content. Participation is also subject to Awin’s network terms.
Commission, Cookie & Validation
Commission rates, cookie length and the validation/locking period are as shown in Awin and may change with notice in the interface. Commission is paid on net, valid orders only (excluding VAT, delivery, discounts, refunds, chargebacks and fraud).
Attribution & De-duplication
We use last-click Awin tracking unless otherwise stated. Sales attributed to other paid channels, staff orders or self-referrals are ineligible.
Order Cancellations & Returns
Cancelled, refunded or undeliverable orders will be reversed or clawed back if already paid.
Promotional Methods — What’s Allowed
Quality editorial content, gift guides, email to opted-in lists, social posts and price/offer listings are generally permitted—provided you comply with these terms, Awin policies and applicable laws.
Paid Search (PPC) Policy
No bidding on our brand or misspellings (e.g., “Regency Hampers,” “RegencyHamper(s)”) and no use of our brand in ad copy, display URLs or as a negative-match workaround. No direct-linking PPC to our site from ads. Broad/generic keywords are permitted if they do not target branded terms or infringe trademarks.
Coupon / Voucher Policy
Only promote codes provided via Awin or our team. Do not list expired, leaked or “guessable” codes. Where a sale tracks via link and code, only one commission will apply (not both). We may void commissions driven by unauthorised or expired codes.
Email Marketing
You must have verifiable opt-in, include clear sender identification and an unsubscribe link and comply with all applicable laws (e.g., UK PECR/GDPR). No impersonation of Regency Hampers.
Content & Brand Guidelines
Use only approved logos, images and copy we provide (or create accurate, non-misleading editorial). Do not replicate our product pages or create sites that could be confused with our official channels. No domain-squatting, typo-domains or social handles using our trademarks.
Compliance & Disclosure
You must clearly disclose affiliate relationships in all formats (e.g., use prominent “Ad”/“Affiliate link” labelling where required) and follow ASA/CAP and CMA guidance on recognisable advertising. You are responsible for ensuring your content is legal, decent, honest and truthful.
Prohibited Traffic & Practices
No toolbars, adware, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, incentivised clicks that mislead, doorway pages or artificial traffic. No reselling on marketplaces without written permission.
Territory
Unless otherwise stated, promotion and fulfilment are UK-focused. Cross-border promotions must reflect correct pricing, availability and delivery limits.
Use of Assets & IP
All creative assets remain our property. We grant a revocable, non-exclusive licence to use them solely to promote our programme. Remove or update assets on request.
Data & Privacy
Do not collect, store or process personal data from our customers beyond what Awin provides for reporting. Any analytics you hold must comply with applicable data-protection laws.
Communication & Updates
Stay subscribed to Awin programme emails for rate changes, promos and creative updates. Using out-of-date information may result in commission reversals.
Sub-Networks / Sub-Affiliates
If you run a sub-network, you’re responsible for your partners’ compliance and must disclose them on request. We may exclude specific partners at our discretion.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate participation (and withhold unpaid commissions tied to breaches) for violations of these terms, Awin policies or applicable laws. You may leave the programme at any time via Awin.
Amendments
We may update these terms within Awin; continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.
