Handwrytten Affiliate Program Terms
Commission Structure
As an AWIN partner, you’ll earn 5% commissions on every card, subscription, and prepaid credit purchase—net of gift card fees and postage. Commissions apply to new and returning customers unless otherwise noted.
Attribution & Cookie Window
• Standard AWIN attribution applies.
• 30-day cookie window (or your default AWIN window if already set).
• Last-click attribution unless overridden by AWIN’s network rules.
Eligible Transactions
Commissions are paid on:
• Individual card orders
• Bulk or multi-card orders
• Monthly and annual subscriptions
• Prepaid credit purchases
• Corporate onboarding orders
All commissions are calculated net of gift card fees, postage, taxes, and any promotional discounts.
Ineligible Transactions
No commission is awarded for:
• Cancelled or refunded orders
• Fraudulent transactions
• Postage-only purchases
• Gift card-only purchases
• Internal orders from Handwrytten or its employees
• Orders placed through coupon abuse or unauthorized promotional methods
Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates may promote Handwrytten through:
• Blogs, review sites, and content marketing
• Email newsletters (opt-in lists only)
• Social media, YouTube, and influencer content
• Business, SaaS, gifting, nonprofit, real estate, and sales/marketing verticals
• Paid search (non-branded only)
Paid Search Terms
• No bidding on “Handwrytten,” misspellings, or branded terms.
• No direct linking to Handwrytten.com from search ads.
• No use of our trademarks in ad copy.
• Generic keywords related to handwritten notes, thank-you cards, gifting, and customer retention are allowed.
Coupon & Deal Site Policy
• Approved coupon partners may list only AWIN-provided or Handwrytten-approved codes.
• No scraping or posting non-affiliate offers.
• Unauthorized coupon posting may result in removal or commission reversal.
Content Accuracy Requirements
Affiliates must use accurate, up-to-date descriptions of Handwrytten’s products and pricing. Misleading claims, false discounts, or unapproved guarantees are not allowed.
Brand Use
• Affiliates may use Handwrytten logos, images, and creatives provided in the AWIN dashboard.
• No modification of logos without permission.
• No representing yourself as Handwrytten or implying partnership beyond the affiliate relationship.
Prohibited Activities
• Trademark bidding
• Misrepresentation or impersonation
• Forced clicks or cookie stuffing
• Toolbar/extension tracking
• SMS marketing without explicit consent
• Incentivized traffic not approved by Handwrytten
Program Changes
Handwrytten reserves the right to update commission rates, program terms, and creatives at any time. Notice will be provided through AWIN where appropriate.
