Program Terms

Brand Name
Always written as Handwrytten (with a “y”). Do not alter capitalization, spacing, or spelling.

Logo Usage
• Affiliates may only use official Handwrytten logos provided through AWIN or directly by our team.
• Logos must not be stretched, recolored, distorted, or placed on hard-to-read backgrounds.
• Maintain clear space around the logo equal to at least the height of the “H” in Handwrytten.
• Do not place the logo inside shapes or combine it with other logos.

Brand Voice & Positioning
Handwrytten should be presented as:
• Premium, authentic, and personal
• A leader in automated handwritten notes
• Using patented robots and real pens
• A tool for customer retention, sales follow-up, gifting, and nonprofit engagement

Avoid presenting Handwrytten as:
• A gimmick, novelty item, or handwriting “font”
• A mass-mailer or spammy outreach tool
• AI handwriting or digital handwriting (our notes are pen-written on real cards)

Product Representation
When describing Handwrytten:
• Emphasize real pen-written cards, handwritten quality, authenticity, and personalization.
• Highlight automation options—CRM integrations, API, Zapier, Make.com, Salesforce, Shopify, etc.
• Use up-to-date pricing and product features (from AWIN creatives or our site).
• Do not claim features or guarantees we do not offer.

Approved Messaging Themes
Affiliates may reference:
• Customer retention and loyalty
• Sales follow-up
• Thank-you cards and gifting
• Nonprofit donor engagement
• Personalization and standing out
• Automation and business workflows

Restricted Messaging
Do not reference:
• “Free gifts,” “secret discounts,” or unpublished promotions
• Medical or legal claims
• Any language implying guaranteed income or results
• Misleading urgency (e.g., “Handwrytten will run out of cards,” etc.)

Image & Creative Use
• Use only AWIN-provided creatives, product images, or assets from Handwrytten.com.
• Do not alter card designs, edit text onto cards, or generate your own “fake” handwritten samples.
• No use of competitor comparisons without approval.

Tone Guidelines
• Keep messaging positive, professional, and helpful.
• Avoid overly aggressive sales language or pressure tactics.
• No inflammatory, offensive, or adult-themed content.

Brand Protection
• Do not imply affiliation, partnership, endorsement, or reselling rights beyond the AWIN affiliate relationship.
• Do not create social handles, domains, or subdomains using the Handwrytten name or trademarks.
