Zenbioni Affiliate Program: General Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the Zenbioni Partner Program. This is a partnership built on shared values of quality, transparency, and a commitment to delivering real, science-backed results. Please review the following terms to ensure a successful and mutually beneficial collaboration.
1. Commission Structure
Our commission model is designed to reward partners who create genuine value.
Standard Tiers:
Content Publishers & Influencers: 20%
Community Partners: 15%
Exclusive Tiers (Invitation-Only):
Ambassador Program: 30%
VIP Publisher Program: 25%
Cookie Duration: 30 days.
2. Payment Terms
Payment Frequency: Payments for approved commissions are processed on a monthly basis via Awin.
Transaction Approval: A 30-day approval period applies to all transactions to account for potential customer returns or order adjustments.
Refunds: Commissions on orders that are refunded will be reversed.
3. Promotion Guidelines & Restrictions
We encourage creative and authentic promotion. However, to protect the integrity of the Zenbioni brand, the following activities are strictly prohibited:
PPC Bidding: Affiliates are not permitted to bid on any keywords containing "Zenbioni" or any variations, misspellings, or derivatives thereof. This includes both brand-only and brand + term keywords (e.g., "Zenbioni Shilajit," "Zenbioni reviews").
Trademark Infringement: You may not use "Zenbioni" or any variations in domain names, social media profile names, or as part of your brand identity.
False Claims: All promotional content must be truthful and align with the information provided by Zenbioni. Do not make unsubstantiated medical claims or guarantees.
Spam & Unsolicited Communication: Promotion through any form of spam (email, forums, etc.) is forbidden.
Self-Referrals: You may not use your own affiliate link to purchase products for personal use.
4. Marketing Support
You will have access to a library of approved marketing assets, including banners and product images. For any specific needs or support, please contact us directly at partners@zenbioni.com.
5. Compliance
Affiliates are responsible for complying with all applicable regulations, including but not limited to FTC (or equivalent) disclosure requirements for sponsored content. Failure to comply with these terms may result in suspension or removal from the program and the reversal of commissions. Zenbioni reserves the right to update these terms with prior notice.
