Axonall Affiliate Programme – Terms & Conditions
Axonall reserves the right to withhold commission and/or remove partners from the programme in cases of brand misuse.
Commission Validation & Payout
The commission is paid after Axonall’s sales validation process. Sales validation is conducted monthly on a “departed bookings” basis, reviewing all completed stays and experiences from the month prior to last.
We only confirm bookings where;
The booking has been fully completed (departure or experience date has passed).
Axonall has received the relevant commission from the supplier or partner for that booking.
The booking was not made through an Axonall Club loyalty account or similar restricted programme.
The booking is not subject to another commission/refund agreement with a third party.
The booking did not involve the use of an unauthorised discount voucher or promotion.
Axonall reserves the right to amend these conditions in response to operational or market developments, with no less than 7 days’ notice provided to publishers. Acceptance of continued participation in the programme following such notice constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
Cookie Duration
- Standard: 30 days
- Premium editorial partners: up to 60 days
Publisher Approval
- Focus on luxury editorial publishers, lifestyle media, premium content creators.
- Cashback/voucher/deal sites require prior written approval.
Prohibited Activities
- No bidding on Axonall brand terms or variants in paid search.
- No misleading claims, unauthorised discounts, or brand misuse.
- No placement on adult, offensive, or non-brand-safe content.
Creative Use
- Only approved assets from Axonall’s press kit may be used.
- All content must reflect Axonall’s luxury positioning.
- Alterations require written approval.

Cancellations & Refunds
- No commission on cancelled or refunded bookings.
- Adjustments may occur for chargebacks or fraud.
Communication
Any changes to these terms will be communicated via AWIN with a minimum of 7 days’ notice.
