Welcome to the MoodifyPet Affiliate Program! By joining and participating, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your participation as an affiliate (also referred to as "publisher") in the MoodifyPet affiliate program operated by 10xGrow LLC.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age.
Your website, social media, or other promotional channels must not contain or promote any illegal, offensive, misleading, or unethical content.
We reserve the right to approve or deny any affiliate application at our sole discretion.
2. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn up to 20% commission on net sales (excluding shipping, taxes, and refunds).
Commission may vary based on promotional tiers, bundles, or coupon usage.
Cookie duration is 30 days from the last click.
No commission is paid on canceled or refunded orders.
3. Payment Terms
Payouts are managed through Awin or the designated platform.
Commission is paid 7 days after the sale is confirmed and is subject to non refund.
Payments follow the standard payout schedule of the network you joined through.
4. Promotion Guidelines
You may promote MoodifyPet via blogs, social media, email (opt-in lists only), and affiliate websites.
Use only approved brand materials (logos, product images, and copy).
No PPC bidding on MoodifyPet brand terms or misspellings (e.g., “Modfy pet ”, “Moodify- Pet,” “MoodifyPet.com”).
Direct linking to our website from paid ads requires prior approval , send request to moodifypet@10xgrow.com
Do not imply false partnerships or make unsubstantiated product claims.
5. Coupon Policy
Only authorized coupons provided directly by MoodifyPet.shop are eligible for affiliate commission.
Use of unauthorized coupon sites or stacking non-approved discounts may result in revoked commissions or removal from the program.
6. Prohibited Activities
Spamming (email, comment, forum, or SMS).
Cookie stuffing or clickjacking.
Misleading content or false representation of the product.
Use of content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other legal rights.
Violating FTC disclosure guidelines—you must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship when sharing affiliate links.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice.
Violation of terms may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
8. Brand Protection
You may not copy, clone, or replicate our website content or create the impression that you are MoodifyPet.
Use of domains with our brand name or trademarks is strictly prohibited unless approved in advance in writing.
9. Limitation of Liability
MoodifyPet (10xGrow LLC) is not liable for indirect damages, losses, or unfulfilled expectations resulting from participation in the affiliate program.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes and continued participation constitutes acceptance.
