This Affiliate Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between Pamela’s (“Pamela’s”), and you as an Affiliate (“Affiliate”) using the Awin platform (“the Service”).
By signing up, you agree to the terms below. Please read carefully before participating. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Awin service as an Affiliate for Pamela’s.
SUMMARY OF TERMS:
- You may place banners or links to Pamela’s anywhere on your site or in emails sent to subscribers who have opted in to your mailing list.
- Usage of Pamela’s brand assets on sites containing adult content, hate speech, or similar themes (as deemed by Pamela’s) are not permitted.
- All product links must be generated through the Awin platform or product feed. Do not use external or scraped links—this may result in declined commissions.
- Do not use content not included in the Awin product feed or Offers section without express permission from Pamela’s.
- Any pages containing Pamela’s banners or links must be in English.
- All email marketing must receive prior approval from Pamela’s.
- NOT ALLOWED: Placement of creatives within desktop ad software or auto-opening ad units.
- NOT ALLOWED: Any use of pop-ups, auto-redirects, or auto-open Pamela's Products windows without a user click.
- Violation of these rules may result in termination of your account and forfeiture of commissions.
FRAUD POLICY
Fraud is strictly prohibited. This includes the use of bots, scripts, iframes, or page-refreshing tactics to generate false traffic or commissions. Any form of fraud will lead to immediate termination and cancellation of pending commissions.
EMAIL COMMUNICATION
Pamela’s may contact you via email to notify you of updates, changes to terms, or program-related announcements.
CHANGES TO THE PROGRAM
Pamela’s reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue aspects of this program at any time. We will notify affiliates of any material changes at least 30 days in advance, giving you the option to accept the updates or withdraw from the program.
COOKIES:
Pamela’s operates under a 30-day cookie window.
PRIVACY POLICY
Pamela’s respects user privacy and does not share personal data with third parties without your consent. Questions can be directed to: alexis@distillerydesign.com.
ACTIVITIES
- PPC campaigns are strictly forbidden for any search engine or third party platform. Usage of these channels will result in your immediate termination from the Pamela’s affiliate program.
- Affiliates may not create websites that may impersonate the Pamela's Products website.
- Affiliates are not allowed to buy, register or create domains or subdomains which may mislead users to believe that such a site is the Pamela's Products’ brand website.
- Affiliates are not allowed to supplant by any means the Pamela's Products’ identity in social media. Affiliate must be easily identified by users in any promotion in social media.
- Affiliates may ONLY advertise coupon codes that are issued by Pamela’s products via the affiliate channel. Any sales registered through other coupon codes, issued by Pamela’s via non-affiliate channels or third parties, will not be considered as valid and will be canceled.
- Affiliates are not permitted to promote the Pamela's Products through any toolbar unless they have direct authorization from the Pamela's Products.
- Email Affiliates should contact Pamela’s Products team for approval.
- Affiliates may not alter, resize, or generate design variations of banners or other promotional graphics provided by Pamela’s in their promotions. Affiliates may use the Pamela’s logo according to brand style guidelines in their own creative, but these assets must be approved by Pamela’s prior to publication.
- Affiliates violating the above terms and conditions will be subject to immediate termination from the affiliate program at the discretion of Pamela’s.
