Welcome to the VIR VITA Affiliate Programme. Please review the following terms before promoting our products. By participating in this programme, you agree to comply with the guidelines outlined below.
1. Commission Structure
Standard commission rate: 10–20% per approved sale (based on publisher type and performance)
Commission is paid on net sales, excluding taxes, shipping, returns, and cancellations
Commissions are validated after a 30-day returns period plus a 7-day buffer, per Awin policy
2. Cookie Duration
The cookie window is 30 days
Last-click attribution applies, in accordance with Awin’s standard tracking model
3. Prohibited Promotional Methods
To maintain brand integrity, the following promotional methods are not permitted:
Paid search bidding on our brand name or domain (e.g., “VIR VITA,” “virvita.com”)
Use of misspellings, variations, or brand+coupon keyword combinations
Use of downloadable software, toolbars, or browser extensions
Promotion on coupon or discount aggregator sites without prior approval
4. Approved Content Channels
We welcome promotion via:
Blogs and editorial websites
Social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube)
Email newsletters (with prior review)
Organic product reviews, styling content, or gift guides
All published content must be consistent with our brand values and imagery. We reserve the right to remove affiliates whose content misrepresents or harms the VIR VITA brand.
5. Discount Codes & Vouchers
Only pre-approved and assigned codes may be promoted
Unauthorized use or creation of codes may result in reversal of commissions
6. Fraud & Misuse
VIR VITA reserves the right to remove affiliates engaging in fraudulent activity, unethical behavior, or violations of these terms. This includes:
Self-referrals or order manipulation
Falsified conversions
Misleading promotions or pricing claims
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Publishers will be notified via Awin’s Communication Center with at least 7 days’ notice before changes take effect.
