VIR VITA — Branding Guidelines

✦ Brand Name

Please refer to the brand as VIR VITA (always in all caps with a space)

Do not use lowercase (e.g., “vir vita”) or omit the space (“VIRVITA”)

✦ Logo Use

Logos should not be altered, stretched, or placed on busy backgrounds

Only approved logos provided in the Documents tab may be used

Minimum clear space around logo: 0.5x logo height

✦ Visual Identity

Color palette: Earth tones, neutrals, soft whites, deep browns, olive, sand, and black

Tone: Elevated, quiet luxury, timeless

Imagery: Use brand-provided lifestyle and product images only. Do not source images from social media without written approval.

✦ Messaging Guidelines

VIR VITA is rooted in simplicity, sustainability, and timeless design

Key messaging pillars:

“Designed to last through the seasons”

“Refined pieces crafted from linen, cotton, and cashmere”

Avoid using language like:

“Cheap,” “deal,” “bargain,” or “fast fashion”

Overly promotional tone that conflicts with our minimalist ethos

✦ Do's & Don’ts for Affiliates

Do:

Use UTM-tagged links provided via Awin

Showcase garments in natural light, outdoors, or styled simply

Highlight materiality, sustainability, and longevity

Don’t:

Promote using unauthorized discount codes

Run PPC ads using our brand name or variations

Alter imagery or use low-resolution photos/screenshots
