Enchant Brands 2025 Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Enchant Brands’ Affiliate Program. By participating in this program, you agree to comply with these terms. This program applies only to transactions conducted on enchantbrands.com and does not apply to sales or product reviews conducted on any other platform (including Amazon).
If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you are not authorized to register or participate in the program.
1. Program Enrollment & Approval
- We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate registration at our sole discretion.
- Affiliates may not claim legal recourse for a rejected registration.
2. Affiliate Links & Coupon Codes
- Affiliate links are automatically generated. You might also have the option to generate custom links for specific products or collections if your plan allows for that.
- If multiple affiliates refer the same customer, the last-click attribution model applies.
- Unique Coupon codes may be assigned if you request one. If a customer both clicks on an affiliate link and uses a coupon, only one commission will apply (no double credit).
- Affiliates may not share unassigned coupon codes or post coupon codes on unauthorized coupon/deal sites.
- Affiliates may promote Enchant Brands on approved online channels (e.g., social media, blogs) or offline media (e.g., print ads) provided content meets our compliance standards.
3. Commission Structure & Payment
- Commission Rate: 20% commission on net order value (excluding tax, shipping, and fees).
- Payment Frequency: Monthly (Net-30) with a $50 minimum payout threshold.
- Exclusions: No commission is paid on self-purchases, recurring order subscriptions, wholesale orders, gift cards, fraudulent transactions, or returned/refunded orders.
- Reversals: Commissions will be reversed for product returns, order cancellations, chargebacks, or violations of program terms.
- De-duplication: Enchant Brands reserves the right to de-duplicate transactions against other marketing channels to prevent double credit.
4. Tracking
- Referrals are tracked using cookies (30-day last-click attribution) or unique coupon codes.
- Tracking begins when a customer clicks on an affiliate link or uses the coupon code.
5. Content Guidelines
- All content must reflect authentic experience with Enchant Brands.
- Highlight taste, quality, and convenience using brand-aligned visuals.
- FTC-compliant disclosures are required (e.g., #EnchantPartner or “I received this product from Enchant…”).
- Prohibited content includes:
- Unsubstantiated or exaggerated health claims (e.g., “cures,” “heals,” “treats”).
- Offensive, explicit, political, or discriminatory material.
- Use of third-party logos, music, or copyrighted material without permission.
6. Amazon & Review Compliance
- Affiliates may not request, solicit, or incentivize customer reviews on Amazon or any other third-party platform.
- Affiliates may not share affiliate links that direct traffic to Amazon or other marketplaces.
- Violation of this policy will result in immediate removal from the program.
7. Affiliate Program Integrity
- No trademark bidding on “Enchant Brands,” variations, or brand+generic keywords in paid search.
- No direct-linking PPC campaigns to EnchantBrands.com. All paid traffic must go through the affiliate’s own landing page.
- Email marketing is permitted only with prior approval and must comply with CAN-SPAM and GDPR requirements.
- Cashback, loyalty, content, and community affiliates are welcome. Media brokers and undisclosed traffic sources are prohibited.
8. Confidentiality
Affiliates may receive confidential information (e.g., unreleased products, packaging updates). This information must not be disclosed without prior written consent.
9. Program Changes & Termination
- Enchant Brands may modify these terms at any time, providing at least 7 days’ notice for commission changes and 14 days’ notice for material updates.
- Affiliates may request removal from the program by contacting lubo.zhotev@enchantbrands.com.
- Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
