PLAGARY Inc. Affiliate Programme – Terms & Conditions
1. Programme Acceptance
By joining the PLAGARY Inc. affiliate programme (“Programme”) you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions as well as the Awin Advertiser Terms. We reserve the right to decline or remove any publisher at our sole discretion.
2. Commission & Cookie
• Standard commission: 20 % of net sale value (excluding shipping, taxes, refunds).
• Cookie length: 30 days. Only the last click within the attribution window is rewarded.
• Tiered rates up to 30 % may be offered based on performance.
3. Payment & Validation
Transactions are set to “pending” for 30 days to allow for returns or fraud checks. Approved sales are paid in the next Awin payment run.
4. Promotional Guidelines
✔ Permitted: blog reviews, social media content, email newsletters, coupon/deal listings, TikTok Shop live-selling.
✘ Prohibited: brand-name (“PLAGARY” or misspellings) PPC bidding, direct-link paid ads, resale on Amazon/eBay, adult/hate content, spam email.
5. Creative & Brand Assets
Publishers must use official banners, product feeds and logos provided in the Awin interface. Do not modify trademarks or product images without written consent.
6. Discount Codes
Personalised 10 % discount codes are available on request. Any unapproved codes or “site-wide” coupon scraping will result in commission reversal.
7. Fraud, Returns & Cancellation
Orders deemed fraudulent, cancelled or fully refunded will be declined. We reserve the right to reverse commissions arising from customer abuse of promo codes.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate participation with 7 days’ written notice via the Awin platform. Breach of these Terms results in immediate removal and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
9. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time; publishers will be notified via the Awin message centre. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
