Branding Guidelines
Affiliates must represent Net Positive in a way that aligns with our clean, health-first brand values. Please follow these guidelines when promoting our products:
Brand assets and identity
- Do not alter or distort our logo. Use only approved brand assets — including logos, product imagery, lifestyle photography, and video — provided through our affiliate portal or upon request. Use of any imagery not provided through these channels (including scraped product photos, customer-generated content, or competitor-adjacent imagery) requires written approval.
- Affiliates may not create websites, landing pages, or social media accounts that appear to be owned by, operated by, or officially affiliated with Net Positive.
- Any use of our brand name in domains, display URLs, or social media handles must be pre-approved in writing.
Health and product claims
- Do not make unsubstantiated health or medical claims about Net Positive products.
- Do not use language that implies our products cure, treat, prevent, or diagnose any medical conditions.
- Avoid using overly sexualized imagery or messaging in promotions. All creative content (including blog posts, videos, and paid placements) should maintain a tone that is respectful, modern, and empowering.
Disclosure and FTC compliance
- Affiliates must clearly and conspicuously disclose their affiliate relationship with Net Positive in all promotional content, in compliance with the FTC Endorsement Guides. Use #ad, #affiliate, #sponsored, or equivalent disclosure language placed prominently — not buried in hashtag stacks or below the fold.
Voucher and promotional code usage
- Voucher codes provided to affiliates are issued for a specific publisher's use only. Affiliates may not:
- Use voucher codes that have not been explicitly issued to them
- Distribute or repost voucher codes belonging to other affiliates, influencers, or partners (including codes managed through our Aspire creator platform)
- Submit Net Positive voucher codes to public coupon aggregator sites (e.g., RetailMeNot, Honey, Coupons.com, SimplyCodes, or similar)
- Unauthorized voucher code use is a breach of program terms and will result in commission decline, removal from the program, and potential clawback of paid commission.
