Affiliate agreement
This is a legal agreement between you and Big Horn Outdoors. By submitting the online application, you are agreeing that you have read and understand the terms and conditions of this agreement and that you agree to be legally responsible for each term and condition.
Application
To begin the enrollment process, you will complete and submit the online application at the awin.com server. All applicants, once approved, are immediately eligible to participate in Big Horn Outdoors Affiliate Program. However, such participants are subject to ongoing, periodic review by Big Horn Outdoors official and maybe revoked at any time without notice. Participation may be suspended or terminated if we determine (at our sole discretion) that your site is unsuitable for the Program, including of it:
- Promotes sexually explicit materials
- Promotes violence
- Promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
- Promotes illegal activities
- Incorporates any materials which infringe or assist others to infringe on any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights or to violate the law.
- Includes "Big Horn Outdoors" or variations or misspellings thereof in its domain name
- Is otherwise in any way unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable to us in our sole discretion.
- Contains software downloads that potentially enable diversions of commission from other affiliates in our program.
- You may not create or design your website or any other website that you operate, explicitly or implied in a manner that resembles our website nor design your website in a manner that leads customers to believe you are Affiliate agreement
This is a legal agreement between you and Big Horn Outdoors. By submitting the online application, you are agreeing that you have read and understand the terms and conditions of this agreement and that you agree to be legally responsible for each term and condition.
Promotion Restrictions
Big Horn Outdoors reserves the right to terminate your participation in Big Horn Outdoors Affiliate Program immediately and without notice should you commit promotion restrictions listed below in your use of the Big Horn Outdoors Affiliate Program. If such fraud or abuse is detected, Big Horn Outdoors shall not be liable to you for any commissions for such fraudulent sales.
- Not allowed to use domains containing the brand's name. Not allowed to use the brand's name in the subdomain on the publisher's own domain.
- Not allowed to bid on brand's name (including misspellings and variations) and Ad words, ad center, etc...
- False links: The use of illegal means to tamper with the target user link.
- Creation of programs or scripts to simulate genuine purchase patterns.
- Persistent popups and full screen popups.
- Hiding links under other content.
- Putting links directly into search engines, including but not limited to Google, Yahoo, and Bing.
- Tricking people into clicking links.
- Creating seemingly official bighornoutdoor.com websites to mislead people into purchasing.
Product Data Feed
It is not allowed to use the product data feed provided by the advertiser outside of your own website on third-party platforms such as google shopping
Blog Publisher
Please ensure that you comply with the following Advertising Standards Authority guidelines.

Coupon & Cashback Publisher
The publisher may only use coupon codes that have been approved by the advertiser.
Cashback cannot be combined with coupons or promotional codes generated for people who sign up for the newsletters. If unauthorized code is used, the sale will be canceled, and commission will not be paid out.
Email Marketing Publisher
E-mail marketing is only permitted after the respective mailing has been expressly approved by Big Horn Outdoors.
E-mail marketing publishers may only send e-mail marketing that have been confirmed by the recipient through a double opt-in.
Advertising Material
Each party agrees not to use the other's proprietary materials in any manner that is disparaging, misleading, obscene or that otherwise portrays the party in a negative light.
Each party reserves all its respective rights in the proprietary materials covered by this license.
Action Locking
Actions are locked 30 days after end of the month they are tracked
Payout Scheduling
Approved transactions are paid 45 days after end of the month they lock
Deduplication
In the event of duplicate orders originating from different affiliate platforms, we will attribute the transaction to the last-click affiliate (maybe from another channel according to the tracking data provided by Google Analytics (GA). This approach ensures a fair commission distribution based on the last recorded referral prior to the completion of the transaction. Affiliate agreement
