Affiliate Payment
You will earn for every paid and approved order made using your direct affiliate tracking link and/or unique affiliate discount code.
An approved order undergoes independent review by our clinical team to ensure customer eligibility.
Should an order be disapproved or rejected for any reason, the customer will be refunded and therefore commission will not be issued. We operate a 60 day payment window for this reason.

Affiliate Compliance
You can only share your affiliate code or link for Curate Health to promote weight loss consultations, it may not be used to promote anything else.
You must share all social profiles and channels where you will promote Curate Health services
You must comply with advertising regulations
This is in line with UK advertising regulations and UK laws which prohibits advertising Prescription Only Medicines to the public, any violation of these laws will result in corrective action. The Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) is the governing body responsible for enforcing these regulations and they may choose to prosecute any legal breaches.For further information on advertising regulations, please refer to the MHRA Blue Guide.
Affiliate Non-Compliance
Non-compliant content, accounts, and publishers will be notified of the compliance breach.
If the issue relates to stylistic or aesthetic issues with the content, the publisher will be notified and given 12 hours to rectify the issue.
Willful disregard for advertising rules surrounding weight loss medication as detailed in our do’s and don’t will constitute immediate removal from the programme, they will not be given an opportunity to rectify.
Our aim is to ensure that the conversation around weight loss and health is opened through our affiliate partners. However, as we operate in a highly regulated space it is imperative this guidance is understood, if you are unsure in any way please do not hesitate to reach out.

Do not use any of the following terms (the following is a non-exhaustive list and we may update this at any time in line with new regulations)
“Weight Loss Injection” “Weight Loss Pen” “Obesity Treatment Jab” “GLP-1” Abbreviated words that refer to POMs, such as “SemaPen” or Descriptions that identify the product in question
Do not use any of the direct names of the medication “Mounjaro” “Wegovy” “Ozempic” “Semaglutide” “GLP-1”
It is illegal in the UK to promote prescription only medicine. For example:
Don't say "Get Mounjaro for £40 OFF"
Don't say "Get £40 OFF GLP1’s"
This includes use in hashtags within content such as #mounjaro
This includes any abbreviations/adaptations such as “MJ”
This encompasses your social media handle, description, and Curate Health content.
Do not use imagery in ads that is likely to be understood by consumers as denoting a GLP-1
You must not use any imagery of a pen, viall, injection of any kind
Do not direct consumers from an ad seemingly for non-POM products or services directly to another ad promoting a POM.
Ads that refer to general weight-loss products or services should not direct consumers to other ads promoting POMs. For example, paid-for ads on social media or sponsored searches should not contain links to a landing page that promotes a named POM.
Promote the consultation, not the POM
Ensure that ads for weight loss treatment only promote the consultation
You must not stipulate that our consultation is free. Any discounts utilised or promoted would be discounted from the consultation and not the medication itself.
You must only drive traffic to the landing page provided within the programme, you must not drive to the homepage.
Your account name or account description must not reference drug names
Examples:
Do not have mounjaro_xx as your username
Do not have ‘mounjaro journey’ in your description
This includes any abbreviations/adaptations such as “MJ”
Do not compare offer prices for different suppliers or discuss price matching alongside code usage
This includes signposting to link in bio, direct messages, or private groups and forums.
Do not indirectly references GLP-1s
Do not mention phrases such as “jabs”, “pen” “weight-loss injection” in content, account name or description
Do not mention ‘mg’ or dose % such as ‘5mg’
Do Not Show Injections within content
The laws around promoting prescription only medicine also apply to images shown in content. For example:
Do not include any content where you show yourself or others administering the injection, this also includes content which could be interpreted as such.
You must also not use any imagery or interpretation of a vial or medical needle.
