Emma Claire’s Kitchen Affiliate Program Terms
By joining the Emma Claire’s Kitchen Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms:
Commission Structure
You will earn a commission on each eligible sale referred through your unique affiliate link. Commission rates and details will be provided upon acceptance into the program.
Payment Terms
Commissions are paid out monthly for all confirmed sales. Payouts will only be made after the 30-day holding period to ensure no issues with the transaction.
Refund Policy & Commission Reversals
Emma Claire’s Kitchen does not offer refunds as a general policy. However, in rare cases where a refund is issued, the associated commission will be reversed from your earnings.
Tracking & Attribution
Sales must be tracked through your affiliate link to qualify for commission. We are not responsible for sales that are not properly tracked due to cookie restrictions, customer behavior, or technical issues beyond our control.
Acceptable Promotion
Affiliates may promote via personal websites, blogs, social media, and email lists. Misleading, spammy, or dishonest promotion will result in removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
Right to Terminate
We reserve the right to remove any affiliate from the program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to breach of terms, inappropriate behavior, or brand misalignment.
Independent Contractor
Affiliates are considered independent contractors and are responsible for their own taxes, legal compliance, and business practices.
