Program Terms & Conditions for Playground Originals Affiliates
Welcome to the Playground Originals Affiliate Program! By joining our program, you agree to the following terms:
Commission Structure:
Affiliates earn a 10% commission on net sales (excluding shipping, taxes, discounts, and returns).
Commissions are invalidated if orders are canceled or refunded.
Cookie Duration:
30-day cookie window for attribution.
Promotional Methods:
Allowed: Organic content on blogs, websites, social media, and newsletters.
Prohibited: Paid search bidding on Playground Originals-branded terms or misspellings; coupon or discount sites without prior approval.
Content Requirements:
Affiliates must present Playground Originals honestly and accurately.
Use only approved images, logos, and branding assets found in the Document Tab or provided upon request.
Brand Representation:
Affiliates may not use Playground Originals branding in ways that misrepresent the brand or imply partnerships beyond the affiliate relationship.
Prohibited Activities:
Spamming or unsolicited email campaigns.
Using adware, spyware, or forced-click software.
Posting affiliate links on adult, hate, or illegal content websites.
Compliance:
Affiliates must comply with all applicable advertising guidelines and laws, including the FTC’s disclosure requirements for sponsored content.
Affiliates must disclose affiliate relationships clearly when promoting Playground Originals.
Program Modifications:
Playground Originals reserves the right to update or modify these terms or terminate the affiliate relationship at any time, with or without notice.
Payment Terms:
Payments are made according to Awin’s standard payout schedule and thresholds.
Affiliates must ensure their payment details are accurate and up to date.s.
