| Order cancelled | | | Customers can cancel bookings for immediate 48 hours after booking. Shacks will decline commissions for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking. Customers can cancel up-to 28 days before holiday start date. Commissions for these are honoured. |

| Customer failed credit check | | | Shacks doesn't perform credit checks currently - however we may do so in the future. If/when Shacks does perform credit checks - if such credit checks are failed - commissions for those bookings will be declined by Shacks. |
| Breach of programme terms and conditions | | | Any breach of Shacks Affiliate Programme T C will result in Shacks declining any/all outstanding commissions of that affiliate partner. Shacks will allow reinstatements where sufficient evidence can be provided to exonerate liability of the partner |
