Participation in the Shacks Affiliate Programme is subject to the following terms:
Affiliate Partners can use any paid, organic, earned, owned, email, display, offline, online or other digital/print marketing to drive traffic & conversions directly or indirectly to Shacks.
- Affiliate Partners are not permitted to engage in any of the following:
- Any illegal or misleading advertising practices
- Use of Shacks branding within paid search ads (any component of the ad)
- Bid for paid search keywords containing the “shacks” token
- Any marketing which associates or leads to the appearance of Shacks brand alongside any depiction or implication of (Abuse, Criminal Acts, Pornography, Illegal Content Of Any Form or Deliberate Misinformation)
- Any bait and switch marketing practices
- Any traffic or conversions driven via malware, manipulative or coercive user behaviour practices
- Only Shacks provided and approve marketing materials (Imagery, Videos, Banners etc) may be used by affiliate partners

- Affiliate Partners are permitted to:
- Use the Shacks brand name and logo to promote the Shacks brand
- Describe Shacks in their own words - to the extent this does not mislead users about the Shacks product
- Request from Shacks specific marketing collateral of a given size/specification if such marketing collateral is not already available/provided by Shacks.
Shacks reserves the right to:
- Terminate affiliate partners if partners breach these terms.
- Decline commissions if partners breach Shacks Affiliate Programme T & C's - or rules given in the “De-Duping” & “PPC” tabs
Shacks will do its utmost to work with our affiliate partners to resolve any issues or concerns which are raised to Shacks by an affiliate partner - concerning but not limited to - commission payments, tracking, marketing source validity questions, volume, negotiations of special terms or exceptions and any other matter raised to us.
