Welcome to the Killer Brownie® Affiliate Program. These terms outline the expectations and requirements for affiliates participating in our program through the Awin platform.
Program Overview
Killer Brownie® is a premium dessert brand known for its indulgent, multi-layered brownies featuring rich chocolate, gooey caramel, and premium inclusions. Now part of the Irresistible Food Group, our brand is expanding nationally—and we’re excited to partner with affiliates who want to grow with us.
Commission & Tracking
Commission rates are determined by the program manager and may vary by partner type or performance tier.
Cookie duration is 30 days.
Valid commissions are earned on tracked purchases made through killerbrownie.com.
Non-commissionable items include canceled or refunded orders, and gift card purchases.
Shipping Territory
Killer Brownie® currently ships to addresses within the United States.
Affiliates should focus on driving U.S.-based traffic only.
Creative & Brand Assets
Approved creative assets, including banners and imagery, are provided through Awin.
Custom creative requests are welcomed and can be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Brand Guidelines
Affiliates must present Killer Brownie® in a manner consistent with our brand voice and values.
Do not misrepresent product features, pricing, or availability.
Only use official logos, product imagery, and messaging provided by or approved by the Killer Brownie® team.
Prohibited Practices
To maintain program integrity, the following practices are not permitted:
Bidding on branded or trademarked keywords (e.g., “Killer Brownie,” “Killer Brownie coupon”)
Use of unauthorized promo codes
Use of cookie stuffing, toolbar traffic, or auto-redirects
Incentivized traffic (e.g., cashback or reward sites) without prior written approval
Use of spam, misleading claims, or deceptive practices
Violation of these terms may result in removal from the program and forfeiture of pending commissions.
Program Monitoring & Communication
We regularly review affiliate activity to ensure alignment with brand goals. High-performing partners may be considered for increased rates, exclusive offers, and future collaborations.
