Pointe Studio Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

These Affiliate Terms & Conditions ("Terms") outline the requirements and restrictions for affiliates participating in the Pointe Studio program on Awin. These terms are designed to ensure brand protection, fair attribution, and the integrity of affiliate partnerships. By participating in our program, you agree to follow all policies listed below.
• Prohibited Activities
The following practices are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of commissions:
PPC Campaigns: Affiliates may not run paid search (PPC) campaigns on any search engine (e.g., Google, Bing, Yahoo).
Trademark Bidding: No bidding on “Pointe Studio” or any misspellings, variations, or brand+generic keyword combinations (e.g., "Pointe Studio discount").
Domain Violations: Affiliates may not register, use, or redirect traffic through any domain or subdomain that contains or closely resembles "Pointe Studio" or could mislead users into thinking it’s an official Pointe Studio property.
Impersonation: Creating websites, landing pages, or social media accounts that imitate, replicate, or mislead users into thinking they are official Pointe Studio channels is strictly prohibited.
Pop-Ups / Pop-Unders: The use of pop-ups, pop-unders, forced redirects, or any intrusive advertising techniques (e.g., cookie stuffing) is not allowed.
Toolbar Promotion: Affiliates may not promote Pointe Studio via browser toolbars or similar software unless pre-approved in writing.
• Coupon & Voucher Code Policy
Only promote discount codes issued directly by Pointe Studio via the Awin platform.
Codes from newsletters, customer emails, or external channels are not authorized for affiliate use.
Use of expired or unauthorized codes will result in commission rejection or reduced rates.
Refer-a-Friend (RAF) or loyalty-exclusive codes are not valid for affiliate commissions.
• Email & Social Media Promotion
All email campaigns must receive prior approval from Pointe Studio via Awin.
Affiliates may not send emails that suggest they are from Pointe Studio or use the brand’s name in the "From" field.
Affiliates promoting on social media must clearly identify themselves as third-party partners and may not impersonate Pointe Studio in any way.
• Content & Link Requirements
Do not alter or manipulate banners, logos, or other creative assets.
Affiliates must use only creatives and links provided by Awin or Pointe Studio.
All affiliate links must include a rel="nofollow" tag.
Do not hardcode links or use content scraping methods.
• Incentivized & Cashback Traffic
Incentivized traffic (e.g., cashback, rewards, or points-based programs) is allowed only if approved by Pointe Studio.
Fraudulent incentives or misleading behavior (e.g., faked exclusivity or phantom rewards) are not permitted.
• Commission Eligibility & Cookie Policy
We operate with a 30-day cookie window.
Commissions are validated after orders are confirmed and not returned.
Transactions involving policy violations (e.g., unauthorized discount codes, PPC, impersonation) will be rejected without notice.
• Program Enforcement
Violation of any of the above terms will result in:
Immediate removal from the Pointe Studio program
Reversal of all unpaid commissions
Permanent blacklisting from future collaborations
