1. Eligibility
1.1 Prohibited publisher types:
- Adult content/gambling websites
- Unverified social media accounts (accounts with <10K followers must provide engagement rate proof)
2. Commission Rules
2.1 Calculation basis:
- Included: Product selling price + gift wrapping fees
- Excluded: VAT, shipping fees, return insurance costs
2.2 Category-specific adjustments:

Electric garden tools 6% +1% for battery-powered items
Manual cleaning tools 5% +2% during promotions
Consumables (e.g., filters) 2% Must be bundled with main product
3. Promotion Restrictions
3.1 Strictly prohibited:
- Bidding on brand keywords (e.g., "LawnMaster", "Vacmaster")
- Misrepresenting product specs (e.g., false motor power claims)
- Using "exclusive" in promotional emails without written approval
3.2 Content requirements:
- Safety warnings: Must display certification marks (CE/UL) for electrical products
- Usage scenarios: Prohibit showing non-official accessories (e.g., third-party batteries)
4. Sales Deduplication
4.1 Automatic exclusion for:
- Direct sales on brand website (via cookie matching)
- Amazon/offline distributors (via order ID deduplication)
5. Payment & Settlement
5.1 Cycle:
- Monthly settlement, paid by the 15th of the following month (min. €50 payout)
- Chargeback window for returns: 60 days (includes trial periods)
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Asset usage:
- Only videos marked "Approved" in AWIN media library
- Screenshots of product pages are prohibited (prevents outdated info)
7. Termination
7.1 Immediate termination triggers:
- Promoting discontinued products (e.g., older vacuum models)
- Hiding AWIN tracking codes on standalone sites
