Terms and Conditions – Pure Nature Goods Affiliate Program1. General
These Terms and Conditions apply to participation in the affiliate program ("Program") of Pure Nature Goods ("We", "Us", "Our"). By participating in the Program, the affiliate ("You", "Affiliate") agrees to these terms.
2. Enrollment and Acceptance
We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.
Affiliates who publish content that is discriminatory, defamatory, sexually explicit, or illegal will not be accepted.
3. Commissions and Payment
Affiliates earn a commission on every qualified sale made through their unique affiliate link.
The standard commission is 33% of the sale price (excluding VAT and shipping costs).
Returns, chargebacks, and fraudulent transactions will be deducted from commission payouts.
4. Affiliate Responsibilities
You are responsible for accurately promoting Pure Nature Goods products.
You must not make misleading claims about our products or brand.
Use of spam, unsolicited emails, or other unwanted communication to promote Pure Nature Goods is strictly prohibited.
Paid advertising on our brand name without prior written consent is not allowed.
5. License and Intellectual Property
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our brand materials for promotional purposes during your participation in the Program.
Use of our materials must comply with our branding guidelines.
6. Content & Usage Rights
By participating in the Program, you grant Pure Nature Goods a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, edit, publish, and reproduce any content you create related to the promotion of Pure Nature Goods, including but not limited to text, images, photos, and videos ("Content") for commercial purposes.
This usage includes, but is not limited to, our website, social media channels, advertisements, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
You warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant us this license and that the use of your Content by us does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
No additional compensation shall be owed for the use of such Content beyond the standard affiliate commission.
7. Termination
Either you or Pure Nature Goods may terminate participation in the Program at any time without cause.
Upon termination, your right to use our brand materials will immediately cease, and you will no longer earn commissions on future sales.
8. Liability
We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, data loss, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the Program.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount of commission paid to you in one month prior to the claim.
9. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
Continued participation after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Prohibited Promotional Methods & Commission Exclusions
We are committed to working only with affiliates who actively and authentically promote our brand through high-quality, value-adding content. To protect our brand integrity and ensure fair attribution, the following promotional methods and affiliate types are strictly prohibited within our program:
We reserve the right to deny commission payments for any transactions originating from the following sources or practices, regardless of whether they are technically tracked or recorded as sales:
Soft Click Publishers
Affiliates using cookieless tracking, server-to-server attribution, email-based user tracking, or similar methods that attempt to claim commission without direct user engagement or visible promotion.
Coupon Scraping & Browser Extensions
Affiliates who collect, inject, or auto-apply coupon codes via browser tools, plugins, or extensions (e.g., Honey, Coupert, Pouch, Capital One Shopping, DealFinder, Karma) without active promotion or user intent.
Toolbar & Plugin Injection
Affiliates using browser-based software to hijack user sessions or overwrite other traffic sources by automatically inserting tracking codes.
Cashback, Loyalty & Incentivized Traffic
Sites offering cashback, points, or other rewards for purchases unless explicitly approved in writing.
Unauthorized Brand Bidding
Affiliates bidding on our brand name, trademarks, or trademark+ keywords (e.g., "[Brand] coupon", "[Brand] korting") in paid search engines without prior approval.
Fake or Unapproved Coupon Aggregators
Affiliates publishing outdated, fake, or unauthorized codes, or re-uploading publicly listed or exclusive discount codes without permission.
Content Farms & Low-Quality SEO Sites
Websites relying on scraped, auto-generated, or AI-created content that offers no unique value or context related to our brand or products.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the Netherlands.
