Current Voucher Codes
You may only promote affiliate authorised voucher codes, these can be found on the ‘discount vouchers’ section on Affiliate Window.
Promoting Voucher Codes
It is not permitted for affiliates to promote codes that are not issued via the affiliate channel. Any affiliate found to be promoting a non-authorised code on their site will have the relevant transaction declined and if persistent, their membership to the programme reviewed.
Affiliates must only show the code once the start date has commenced together with the expiry date of the voucher/promotional/discount codes or campaigns as issued by Original Penguin©, always communicating the full offer message and any relevant Terms & Conditions.
Original Penguin© reserves the right to withdraw a voucher code or stop any promotional activity at anytime.
If an exclusive voucher code supplied to a specific affiliate is found to be used by other another affiliate, we reserve the right to withhold payment of commission on any related affiliate sales.
Validation of sales where a voucher code has been used
Original Penguin© reserves the right to decline any sales that have been tracked with an unauthorised voucher code whether this code was promoted on the site or not.
Any affiliates promoting voucher codes must make sure they are displaying only the codes listed above as any other codes used in transactions may result in declined sales.
PPC Activity / Campaign Policy
We encourage Original Penguin© affiliates to conduct their own PPC campaigns but in order to qualify as an Original Penguin© affiliate, we do ask you to adhere to the guidelines below:
Keywords
Affiliates are required to refrain from registering or bidding on our brand terms, or misspellings, on all search engine or like services unless pre-authorised. These terms include, but are not limited to:

“The Earl™”
Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on brand + voucher code terms or specific product name (ie The Earl Polo Shirt) + voucher code. Bidding on generic product related terms is allowed.
Affiliates are asked to include brand and misspelling terms as negative keywords in all of their search engine marketing campaigns. This includes but is not limited to:

"OriginalPenguin"
"OriginalPenguin©"
“Penguin”
“The Earl™”
Affiliates are required to refrain from sending traffic to Original Penguin.co.uk directly or using a redirect.
Domain Restrictions
Affiliates may not use any domain owned by Original Penguin© for PPC linking without express written permission.
Original Penguin© reserves the right to cancel any commission coming from these affiliates and they will be removed from the programme.
Affiliates are asked not to register domains which are similar or misspellings of Original Penguin© brand. Any activity of this kind on the campaign will result in commissions being declined.
The use of the domain www.originalpenguin.co.uk and variations is strictly forbidden in any ad copy including display URL, and the use of the term “official site” in your ad copy is forbidden.
Affiliates wishing to promote Original Penguin© through search engine marketing via a landing page should first contact the account management team to discuss this. PPC affiliates applying to the Original Penguin© programme without first discussing their promotion may find that their application is declined.
Affiliates are asked not to conduct any form of typosquatting. Typosquatting is a form of cybersquatting which directs a person to a false website when they enter a misspelling of the intended website.
Generic Brand Name Guideline
When referring to Original Penguin©, please use the full brand name ‘Original Penguin ’, always with capital ‘O’ and capital ‘P’ and use of the ‘©’ symbol.
The Earl™ is a trademarked product and phrase, when referring to please always include the ‘™’ symbol.
VOUCHER CODE USE
Any promotional and incentive offers and codes must be authorised through Affiliate Window. Use of unauthorised codes will result in non-payment of commission. Affiliate Window will be closely monitoring all voucher codes used in affiliate sales.
Affiliates found promoting unauthorised codes face immediate suspension from the programme. If you are unsure about which voucher codes you may promote please email matthew.koroshko@journeyfurther.com
CREATIVE
Affiliates may not alter any of the creative or text links available through the Affiliate Window interface.
Affiliates are also requested not to hardcode banners into their sites, so updates made to those available through Affiliate Window may take immediate effect.
In applying for the Original Penguin© programme you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions.
Anyone found infringing on these terms will be immediately warned and may have commissions reversed. We reserve the right to withhold commission during this time. Reactivation of your account will be decided on a case by case basis.
