**Prohibited Activities:**
No bidding on the LØUCO brand name, misspellings, or variations in paid search (PPC) campaigns without written permission.No use of cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or any deceptive tracking practices.No spam, unsolicited emails, or misleading advertising.
**Creative Materials:**
Affiliates must use the approved banners, logos, and marketing materials provided by LØUCO unless otherwise agreed.
**Domain Restrictions:**
Affiliates may not create websites or social media profiles that impersonate LØUCO or suggest an official partnership beyond the affiliate relationship.
**Discounts and Promotions:**
Affiliates may only promote official LØUCO discount codes or promotions provided through the affiliate programme. Use of unauthorised discount codes is prohibited.
**Order Reversals and Returns:**
Commissions may be reversed if an order is cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, or not properly completed.
**Programme Changes:**
LØUCO reserves the right to modify or terminate the affiliate programme or its terms at any time without notification.
