Affiliates are required to represent the LØUCO brand consistently and respectfully across all platforms.
**Brand Name Usage:**
Affiliates must use the correct brand name: "LØUCO" (including the special character "Ø" where possible).
Affiliates may not modify, abbreviate, or misrepresent the brand name in any form.
**Logos and Creative Assets:**
Affiliates must use official logos, banners, and imagery provided by LØUCO or Awin.
Any modifications to branding assets must be approved in writing by LØUCO.
Affiliates may not create their own branding materials (e.g., altered logos) without permission.
**Messaging and Tone:**
All promotional messaging must align with LØUCO’s brand values of science-backed, clean, women’s health-focused products.
Affiliates must avoid making unsubstantiated health claims or misleading statements about the products.
**PPC and Search Marketing:**
Affiliates are not allowed to bid on branded terms ("LØUCO", "Louco", or variations) in any paid search campaigns without prior written approval.
Affiliates may not use the LØUCO brand name in display URLs for search ads.
**Social Media:**
Affiliates must not create social media accounts, pages, or groups that appear to be official LØUCO brand accounts.
Affiliates can promote LØUCO on their personal or business profiles as long as it is clear they are an affiliate partner.
LØUCO reserves the right to remove any affiliate from the programme who does not adhere to these branding guidelines in order to maintain the integrity and trust of our brand.
