In effect from January 1, 2025.
This Affiliate Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made by and between DAXEYEWEAR LLC (“DAX Eyewear”), and you as an affiliate partner (“Affiliate”) participating in the AWIN network (“the Service”).
As used in the below Terms:
(i) "DAX Eyewear", "We", "us", or "our" refers to DAXEYEWEAR LLC.
(ii) "You" or "your" refers to the Affiliate
(iii) "Our Website" refers to the DAX Eyewear properties located at https://www.daxeyewear.com/
(iv) "Your Website" refers to any Websites that you will link to our Website; "Program" refers to the DAX Eyewear Affiliate Program.
By joining the DAX Eyewear affiliate program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not participate in the program.
Summary of DAX Eyewear Affiliate Program Terms:
Approved Promotion Only:
You may promote DAX Eyewear using banners, text links, and creative assets provided via AWIN. Affiliates may not create unauthorized coupons, promote unapproved discounts, or misrepresent DAX Eyewear in any way.
No Harmful Content:
Affiliates may not promote our brand on websites that contain hate speech, adult content, illegal activity, or misleading health or financial claims.
Proper Linking Required:
All links must be generated from your AWIN dashboard. Affiliates may not link to DAX Eyewear using non-approved methods, redirects, or masking tools. Manually altered or hardcoded links may not track correctly and will not be eligible for commission.
No Misrepresentation:
Affiliates must not impersonate DAX Eyewear or imply they are an official representative of the brand. Your website or promotional content must not copy the look and feel of daxeyewear.com or create confusion for the customer.
Email Marketing Restrictions:
All email marketing must be pre-approved by DAX Eyewear. No cold email or unsolicited promotional messages are allowed.
Fraud Prevention:
Any attempt to manipulate tracking (e.g., cookie stuffing, auto-redirects, forced clicks, bots, or fake transactions) will result in immediate program removal and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
Content Language:
All sites and content used to promote DAX Eyewear must be written in English and designed for an English-speaking customer base in the U.S.
Creative Usage:
You may not alter or modify banners, logos, or other creatives without written permission. If your site hardcodes banners, you are responsible for keeping them up to date.
PPC:
DAX Eyewear does not allow affiliates to promote via any paid search/PPC channels.
Bidding on brand terms, generic terms, or linking via paid ads from Google, Bing, Yahoo, or other search engines is prohibited.
All paid search activity is managed internally to protect brand integrity and avoid bidding conflicts.
Affiliates found in violation may be removed from the program and forfeit commissions.
Wholesale Customers & Orders:
Commissions are not paid to affiliates for wholesale orders or orders generated by wholesale customers who receive wholesale pricing.
Changes to the Program
We reserve the right to update or change this Agreement, program policies, or creative materials at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to you via the AWIN platform or by email at least 7 days in advance. Continued participation after the changes take effect indicates your agreement to the new terms.
Cookie Policy
DAX Eyewear operates a 30-day cookie window via the AWIN tracking platform. Commissions will be awarded to the last-click affiliate prior to a valid purchase.
Privacy
DAX Eyewear respects your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties, except as required by law or to fulfill program obligations.
