Branding Guidelines for Affiliates
To maintain the integrity of the DAX Eyewear brand, affiliates are required to adhere to the following branding standards:
1. Approved Creative Only
Affiliates must only use DAX Eyewear logos, banners, product photos, and other creative assets provided via the AWIN platform or directly by our team.
You may not create your own logos or ad creatives without prior written approval.
Requests for custom or co-branded assets can be submitted for review and approval.
2. No Logo Alteration
The DAX Eyewear logo and branding elements may not be edited, cropped, stretched, recolored, or combined with other visuals.
Do not add text overlays, filters, or stickers to official brand imagery unless explicitly approved.
3. No Brand Impersonation
Affiliates must not present themselves as DAX Eyewear, or imply a direct or official partnership beyond the affiliate relationship.
Do not use “Official DAX Eyewear” in profile names, ad copy, URLs, or social media handles.
You may say you are a “DAX Eyewear Affiliate” or “DAX Eyewear Partner.”
4. Domain & Social Handle Restrictions
Affiliates may not register domains or create social handles that include:
“daxeyewear” or “dax eyewear” or “dax” or “dax sunglasses” or “dax glasses”
Any variation or misspelling of the DAX Eyewear brand name
5. Tone of Voice & Messaging
All affiliate content must reflect the DAX Eyewear brand tone: modern, confident, inclusive, and fashion-forward.
Do not use misleading claims, offensive language, or statements that could harm the brand’s reputation.
Always clearly disclose affiliate links in accordance with FTC guidelines.
6. Creative Updates
If creatives are updated or removed from the AWIN platform, affiliates are responsible for updating their links and visuals in a timely manner. Outdated or deprecated visuals should not be used.
7. Violations
Failure to comply with these branding terms may result in removal from the program and forfeiture of any pending commissions.
