1. Program Overview
The BiltRx Affiliate Program allows approved partners to promote our telehealth platform, which offers:
• Medical consultations
• Wellness programs
• Access to prescription therapies via licensed U.S. pharmacies
2. Commission Structure
• Commission is paid only on approved and completed sales resulting from affiliate referrals.
• Commissions are not paid on:
– Cancelled transactions
– Refunded orders
– Fraudulent transactions
• The standard commission rate will be outlined in your affiliate dashboard and may vary based on campaign or product.
3. Attribution and Tracking
• All sales must be tracked through AWIN using your assigned tracking link.
• BiltRx is not responsible for untracked sales due to:
– Improper link setup
– Cleared cookies or tracking issues on the user’s device
4. Prohibited Practices
• No bidding on BiltRx brand keywords or misspellings in paid search (e.g., Google Ads)
• No direct linking from ads to our site without express approval
• No use of:
– Misleading claims
– Unapproved medical statements
– False health guarantees
• No email or SMS campaigns impersonating BiltRx without prior approval
• No promotion on adult, illegal, or inappropriate websites
5. Content Guidelines
• All creatives and messaging must align with BiltRx’s branding guidelines.
• Affiliates may not:
– Use before/after images
– Make weight loss guarantees
– Promote unverified results
– Impersonate medical professionals
– Suggest that BiltRx provides guaranteed outcomes
6. Payment Terms
• Commission payments are handled via AWIN’s payment schedule.
• Transactions are subject to a holding period to verify legitimacy and refund status.
7. Termination
• BiltRx reserves the right to remove affiliates from the program at any time if terms
