Participation
To participate in our Empava Appliances Affiliate Referral Program, the Affiliate registration form must be completed and submitted to https://empava.com. All applicants, once approved, are immediately eligible to participate in Empava Appliances Affiliate Referral Program however such participation is subjected to ongoing, periodic review by Empava Appliances and may be revoked at anytime without notice. Participation may be suspended or terminated if we determine (at our sole discretion) that your site is unsuitable for the Program. Sites that are not suitable include, but are not limited to, the following types of sites?
(i) Promote illegal activities;
(ii) Promote sexually explicit materials;
(iii) Promote violence;
(iv) Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age;
(v) Violate intellectual property rights;
(vi) Or are otherwise deemed inconsistent with the best interest of Empava Appliances.
This agreement shall apply only to Affiliate-owned and managed websites as indicated in the registration form. Under no circumstance may Empava Appliances Affiliate Referral links be placed on sites not registered with https://empava.com
Not allowed to use domains containing the brands' name;
Not allowed to use the brand's name in the subdomain on the publisher's own domain;
Not allowed to bid on brand's name (including misspelling and variations) on AdWords,adCenter, etc...
Not allowed to use the coupon codes not publicly shared in our ShareASale merchant account
