Affiliates may not create websites, domains, or social media accounts that mimic or impersonate the Empava brand.
Use of Empava brand name in domain names, subdomains, or handles (e.g., “empava-deals.com”) is strictly prohibited.
Affiliates must not present themselves as the official Empava website or customer service channel.
All promotional content must be clear, truthful, and not misleading.
Empava reserves the right to request modification or removal of any content that does not align with brand standards.
