**Luxe Mattresses Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions**
Welcome to the Luxe Mattresses affiliate program on Awin! We value our partners and have structured our program to ensure fair and timely commission payouts while maintaining a high-quality customer experience. Please review the following terms carefully.
**1\. Commission Structure**
• Earn a **flat £30 commission per sale** on every successful order.
• Receive a **£50 bonus for every 3 completed orders within a calendar month.**
**2\. Payment & Commission Validation**
We understand that affiliates prefer not to wait for their commissions due to our **100-night trial period**. Therefore, we validate and complete commission payments after **21 days** instead of 100 days.
**How it works:**
• Once a customer places an order, the sale is tracked under your affiliate account.
• If the order is **not returned within 21 days**, your commission is successfully validated, and you will be paid through Awin.
• If a mattress is returned **after 21 days**, your commission remains unaffected, ensuring you do not suffer from delayed or lost earnings.
**3\. Attribution & Cookie Policy**
• We operate on a **30-day cookie window** – if a customer clicks your affiliate link and makes a purchase within 30 days, you receive the commission.
• Last-click attribution applies, meaning the **last affiliate link clicked before the purchase gets the commission.**
**4\. Promotional Guidelines**
• Affiliates are encouraged to promote Luxe Mattresses via blogs, reviews, comparison websites, email marketing, and social media.
• PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising **is not allowed** on brand keywords such as “Luxe Mattresses” or any misspellings.
• Voucher and cashback sites **must have prior approval** before promoting discount offers.
**5\. Order Returns & Cancellations**
• If an order is cancelled before dispatch or within the first **21 days**, it will not be eligible for commission.
• If an order is **returned after 21 days**, your commission **remains valid** and will not be deducted.
**6\. Compliance & Ethics**
• Affiliates must ensure that all promotions are truthful and do not mislead potential customers.
• Any attempt to manipulate the program (e.g., self-referrals, fraudulent orders) will lead to removal from the program and forfeiture of commissions.
