To ensure a consistent and high-quality brand representation, all affiliates must adhere to the following branding guidelines when promoting Harfi:

#### **Use of Creatives**

Affiliates are only permitted to use official Harfi creatives (e.g., banners, logos, and marketing materials) provided through the Awin platform.

If additional creative assets are required, they must be requested and approved by Harfi before publication.

#### **Brand Representation**

Affiliates must maintain the integrity of Harfi’s brand by ensuring all promotions align with our values of ethical craftsmanship, sustainability, and fair trade.

Any alterations to Harfi’s brand assets (e.g., resizing, recoloring, or modifying logos and banners) are strictly prohibited.

Misrepresentation of Harfi’s brand, including misleading claims or unauthorized messaging, will result in termination from the affiliate program.

#### **Prohibited Practices**

Use of Harfi’s brand name, variations, or misspellings in domain names, social media handles, or ad display URLs is not allowed.

Affiliates may not create or distribute independent advertisements (including paid social media ads, PPC campaigns, or video content) without prior written approval.

Unapproved discount codes, false promotions, or misleading offers related to Harfi are strictly forbidden.

#### **Social Media & Content Marketing**

Affiliates may promote Harfi through their social media channels, blogs, and websites, but must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship.

Any sponsored content, influencer collaborations, or PR mentions must receive prior approval from Harfi.

Content must accurately reflect Harfi’s brand identity and ethical sourcing values.
