OVERVIEW
This Affiliate Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is made by and between Harfi ("Company," "we," "us," "our") and you, as an Affiliate utilizing the Awin platform ("You," "Your," "Affiliate"). By signing up for the Harfi Affiliate Program, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Please read these terms carefully before registering. If you do not accept this Agreement, you are not permitted to use the Awin Service as an affiliate for Harfi. We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the program at any time if you breach any term of this Agreement.
AFFILIATE TERMS & CONDITIONS
You may place Harfi banners and links anywhere on your website or within non-spam emails. Sites promoting adult content, hate speech, violence, or any illegal activities are not permitted. Any page displaying Harfi banners, links, or codes must be in English. Prior approval is required for sending marketing emails mentioning Harfi. Affiliate links may be placed in newsletters, on your website, or in web-related content.
NOT ALLOWED: Displaying Harfi banners or links in chat rooms, newsgroups, message boards, banner networks, hit farms, counters, guestbooks, or any similar platforms.
NOT ALLOWED: Using any third-party desktop applications or advertising schemes to display Harfi banners or links.
NOT ALLOWED: Displaying a Harfi merchant window requires a direct user click. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in suspension or termination of your affiliation and forfeiture of commissions. Fraudulent activities, including generating artificial sales, leads, or clicks via robots, frames, scripts, or manual page refreshes, will result in termination and the voiding of commissions.
EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS
Harfi reserves the right to send emails to affiliates with updates, changes, or relevant service information.
CHANGES TO THE SERVICE
Harfi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the affiliate program at any time. Affiliates will be notified via email or newsletter at least 30 days before any major changes take effect.
LINKING GUIDELINES
Affiliates must use the links provided through the Awin platform. Unauthorized linking directly to Harfi's website outside of Awin is prohibited. Product links must be generated from the official product feed; any other linking method may result in declined commissions. Copying Harfi content outside of the product feed without permission is not allowed.
COOKIES
Harfi uses a 30-day cookie policy to track referrals and commissions.
NON-COMMISSIONABLE ITEMS
Gift cards or vouchers. Returns, cancellations, or fraudulent purchases. Purchases made by the affiliate themselves.
PAID SEARCH & ADVERTISING RESTRICTIONS
Affiliates are not permitted to engage in any Pay-Per-Click (PPC) activity driving traffic directly to harfi.com. Violations will result in immediate removal from the program and the voiding of commissions.
NOT ALLOWED: Bidding on "Harfi" or any misspellings in search engines.
NOT ALLOWED: Using "Harfi" in ad copy, display URLs, subdomains, or subfolders.
NOT ALLOWED: Bidding on the Harfi brand and generic terms (e.g., "Harfi jewelry").
NOT ALLOWED: Advertising as the Harfi brand on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, or any other platform.
DISCOUNT CODE & VOUCHER POLICY
Only promotion codes officially provided by Harfi's affiliate team may be used. Any affiliate promoting unauthorized discount codes will have their commissions canceled. Fake, expired, or misleading discount codes are strictly prohibited.
CONTENT & PRESS RELEASES
Affiliates must obtain prior approval from Harfi before publishing any press releases or content related to Harfi. Affiliates may not alter Harfi-provided creatives or hardcode banners without approval.
AFFILIATE PAYMENTS
Commissions are tracked and approved once an order is confirmed and shipped. Commission payments are processed within a 365-day window after order completion. If an order is canceled or refunded, the corresponding commission will be voided. Cashback/Points/Miles/Rewards: Canceled/refunded orders are ineligible for cashback, points, miles, ACK, or rewards. Only completed transactions qualify for commissions. Purchases must be made through harfi.com for tracking purposes. Affiliate commissions do not apply to purchases made via card-linked offers.
SUBNETWORK POLICY
Subnetworks must ensure that their partners comply with all program rules and legal obligations. When reporting traffic and sales, subnetworks must provide clear tracking details. Failure to disclose referring URLs may result in account suspension.
FINAL TERMS
